3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
3.3. Sticky Stories accepts payments through the methods specified on our Site.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We deliver within New Zealand only. Shipping times and fees are outlined on our Site.
4.2. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
4.3. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Sticky Stories is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been completed.
5.2. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it is fulfilled to receive a full refund.
5.3. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at stickystoriesnz@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product
5.4. We will replace defective items free of charge after reviewing your claim.
